Author: Riding a motorcycle is cool. The thrill of the open road and the wind in your face is a feeling that can’t be beat. Now that we are headed back into Spring its time to think about dusting off the bike, slipping on the Oakley flak jacket asian fit sunglasses, and hitting the road. There are a few things to remember before heading out on your first ride, here are a few tips:
Fluids – Check all fluid levels before getting out on the road. If the bike has been sitting for a long time you may want to flush the fluids.
Filters – Clean all filters out. Fuel filters can become clogged so it’s a good idea to clean or replace them before the first ride.
Gear – Get your leather jacket, helmet and Maui Jim sunglass case out of storage and cleaned up, you want to look your best for your first long ride.
Flats – Check the tire pressure. The last thing you want to do is get 10 miles down the road and realize you have a flat tire.
Once you have checked your bike over, polished your Oakley half jacket asian fit sunglasses and popped on your helmet, its time to get out there and enjoy the open road and this beautiful spring weather.
