Surfing on Fashion

For the longest time my girlfriend and I have been nurturing our different perspectives. I remember the first time I ever met her. It was at a dinner party and she was telling me that the room would look a lot better if you had some Klimt the Kiss on the walls. I had no idea what she was talking about but I was immediately attracted to her, so I tried to agree with her as best I could. She could instantly see that I had no idea what I was talking about, but she thought it was rather cute that I put forth the effort.

We started dating soon after that and she taught me everything she knew about oil paintings. Never in my life would I have thought that I would’ve ever known anything about this particular subject, but she really taught me a lot. I even started doing some reading on my own so that I could impress her, which I did in spades. Eventually we got to the point where we were buying expensive oil paintings for sale. She helped me pick out just the right spot to hang them up in my apartment, which I will always be grateful to her for.
